Not used for training. We do not train models on your prompts, model outputs or any call content, and we do not hand them to third parties for training.
Not monetised. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information or your call content. Our revenue is the usage you pay for, and nothing else.
Deleted when the window ends. Call logs stay in your console for 60 days so you can check and debug them, and their text input and output are deleted after 30 days. Generated images and videos are kept for 15 days before 2026-10-29 09:49:40 UTC (7 days from that time) and reference files you upload for 7 days, so download anything you want to keep. After that they are deleted from the system and only the usage record remains (model, usage, time, cost); database backups are kept for up to 30 more days.
Please protect your own privacy too. To fulfil a call, what you submit has to be forwarded to the upstream model provider. Do not put ID numbers, card numbers, passwords, private keys or other people's personal information in a prompt; if you must process sensitive data, de-identify it first.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Service collects, uses, stores and shares your information when you register and use it. Please read it carefully.
1. Information We Collect
(1) Account information: email, username, and password (stored with one-way encryption).
(2) Social login: when you sign in with Google or GitHub, we only receive your basic public profile (verified email, display name, avatar) — never your mail, files, contacts or other scopes.
(3) Usage information: call records (model, usage, time, cost) and API Key usage, for billing and service assurance.
(4) Payment information: top-up orders and transactions. Online payments are processed by third-party payment channels; we do not store your card number or payment password.
(5) Technical information: IP address, browser, and necessary access logs, for security, risk control and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Information
To provide and maintain the Service, complete calls and billing, secure accounts and systems, prevent abuse and fraud, improve the product, and contact you about service-related matters when necessary.
3. Sharing of Information
(1) Upstream model providers: to fulfill your calls, your request content (prompts, etc.) is forwarded to the relevant third-party large-model providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, ByteDance / Volcengine, MiniMax and Alibaba Cloud, plus the authorised relay providers needed to fulfil the call) to generate results; their handling of data is governed by their respective privacy policies. Site and API traffic passes through a CDN provider, generated images and videos are stored with a cloud storage provider, and when you turn on web search, the search terms are sent to a search provider to fetch results.
(2) Payment channels: necessary order information is shared with third-party payment providers at top-up.
(3) Login providers: necessary identity verification with Google / GitHub when using social login.
(4) Legal requirements: we may disclose information as required by law or as necessary to protect the lawful rights of the Service and its users.
Except as above, we do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use necessary cookies (such as the login session cookie) to maintain your sign-in state and basic functionality. You may clear cookies in your browser, but this may affect sign-in and other features.
5. Storage & Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information (e.g., encrypted password storage, keys never shown in plaintext, encrypted transmission). However, please understand that no method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and to meet legal requirements. Call logs stay in your console for 60 days and their text input and output are deleted after 30 days; generated images and videos are kept for 15 days before 2026-10-29 09:49:40 UTC (7 days from that time) and uploaded reference files for 7 days, and then deleted from the system (image and video links stop working at that point), with database backups kept for up to 30 more days; after that only the usage record needed for billing and reconciliation remains (model, usage, time, cost), with no call content. After you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period (unless otherwise required by law).
7. Your Rights
You may access and correct your account information, or request deletion of your account and personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us via “Resources / Contact” on the site.
8. Minors
The Service is intended for users with full legal capacity. If you are a minor, please use it under the consent and guidance of a guardian.
9. Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time; updates will be posted on this page with the revised date, and material changes will be highlighted appropriately.
