Pay with USDT, Step by Step: Pick a Network, Send the Exact Amount
From picking a package to seeing your credits, one picture per step: which network costs least, the three values on the payment page, how to make Binance deliver the exact amount, and what to do if a payment doesn't show up.
About 10 minutes
Paying with USDT means sending one transfer from your exchange or wallet to the address on the payment page; once it confirms on-chain, your credits are added automatically. There is only one easy mistake to make: the amount that arrives must match the payment page to the last decimal. Follow these five steps.
1. Pick a package, USDT and a network
Open Billing in the console, pick a package (USDT starts at $5), choose USDT as the payment method, then pick the network the money travels on:
- BEP20 (default): the lowest exchange fee, about 0.01 USDT on Binance. Exchanges list this chain as BSC / BNB Smart Chain; pick it by hand after scanning, not ETH or opBNB.
- Solana: scanning with Binance or OKX picks the network for you, but the withdrawal fee is higher, about 0.3 USDT on Binance.
- TRC20: the highest fee, about 1.5 USDT on Binance. After scanning, pick TRX · Tron (TRC20) as the network, not SOL.
Your exchange charges these fees. The numbers above are a guide; go by what your exchange shows when you withdraw.
2. Read the three values on the payment page
Once you click pay, you get a payment page with just three things to look at:
- Network: send on this chain only. Funds sent on any other chain are unrecoverable.
- Amount: the exact number to send, which may have decimals (5.01, say). Orders on the same chain share one receiving address, and this number is how your transfer is told apart, so a cent off and it no longer matches.
- Receiving address: click to copy. The QR code holds only the address; after scanning you still pick the chain and type the amount (on Solana, Binance and OKX pick the network for you).
3. Withdraw so the received amount is exact
Binance is the example here: withdraw USDT, choose the network shown on the payment page, and paste or scan the address. Then comes the step that matters:
- Don't just type the payment amount into the amount box. The exchange takes its fee out of what you type: type 5 on Solana and 0.3 comes off, so only 4.7 arrives. That no longer matches your order and won't be credited automatically.
- Tap the ⇆ next to "Receive amount" and type the amount from the payment page there. Binance adds the fee on top: 5 arrives and the withdrawal becomes 5.3.
- Check once more on the confirmation screen: the amount you will receive must equal the payment page. Then confirm.
On other exchanges, find the line that shows what the recipient actually gets (often called "Receive amount" or "Recipient receives") and make it equal the payment amount. BEP20's fee is about 0.01 and the rule is the same: the received amount has to be exact.
4. Wait for the credits
Once the transfer confirms on-chain, your order is matched and the credits are added automatically, usually within 2–10 minutes. The payment page shows the payment as received and takes you back to Billing, where the top-up appears in your balance and history.
5. Paid but not credited?
- Please don't pay again.
- On the payment page, click Contact us under "Problem with this payment?". The box that opens already shows your order number, with Telegram direct message, WeChat and email in one place; write to us on whichever you like.
- Add the transaction hash (TxID); your exchange's withdrawal history shows it. We check it and credit the payment by hand, usually within the hour.
