Here’s an SVG illustration of a pelican riding a bicycle, with a playful and cartoonish style. ```svg ``` The scene shows a white pelican perched on a purple bike seat, gripping the handlebar with one wing while its webbed feet rest near the pedals. The bicycle includes detailed wheels, frame, chain, and bell, and the soft background, motion lines, helmet, and sunglasses give the image a light, whimsical feel.
