Here’s an SVG illustration of a pelican riding a bicycle, with a playful cartoon style and a clear side-view composition. ```svg ``` The scene shows a white pelican with a long orange beak, blue helmet, and red scarf seated on a red bicycle. The bike includes two spoked wheels, a detailed frame, pedals, a seat, and handlebars, while the soft sky gradient and motion lines add a light sense of movement.
