Here’s an SVG illustration of a pelican riding a bicycle, with a playful side-view composition and bright, clean styling. ```svg ``` The scene shows a white pelican with a long orange beak, helmet, and wing extended toward the handlebars, seated on a red bicycle with detailed wheels and frame. A soft sky gradient, ground shadow, and motion lines help reinforce the sense of movement.
