Here’s an SVG illustration of a pelican riding a bicycle, with a playful and friendly style. ```svg ``` The scene shows a white pelican with a large orange beak and pouch, perched on a red bicycle with both wings and legs interacting with the bike. Soft blue gradients, motion lines, a helmet, and a tiny fish in the pouch add character while keeping the composition clean and readable.
