# Docs MCP

Plug the docs into your coding agent: while it writes integration code it looks up current parameters, prices and error codes instead of guessing from memory.

## What it does

A read-only MCP server at the address below. No API key needed; it serves public docs only and never touches your account.

| Tool | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| `search_docs` | Searches the docs by keyword: guides, every model doc, endpoints, integrations and the FAQ; returns titles and links. |
| `read_doc` | Reads one docs page as Markdown, e.g. /en/docs/api, /en/docs/nano-banana-2, /en/docs/guide/errors. |
| `list_models` | Lists every model on sale: id, vendor, category, price and doc link. |

MCP`https://nezhagate.com/mcp`

Transport: Streamable HTTP (MCP 2025-06-18, also 2025-03-26 and 2024-11-05), plain JSON replies, no session.

## Claude Code

Run this in a terminal; the next Claude Code session has it.

```
claude mcp add --transport http nezhagate-docs https://nezhagate.com/mcp
```

Type `/mcp` in Claude Code to check that nezhagate-docs is connected.

## Cursor

Add this to `~/.cursor/mcp.json` (global) or to `.cursor/mcp.json` in a project:

```
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "nezhagate-docs": { "url": "https://nezhagate.com/mcp" }
  }
}
```

## VS Code

Add this to `.vscode/mcp.json` in your project:

```
{
  "servers": {
    "nezhagate-docs": { "type": "http", "url": "https://nezhagate.com/mcp" }
  }
}
```

Any other client that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP works with the same address.

## Try asking

- Check the nezhagate docs: which ratios and resolutions does Nano Banana 2 support? Write a Python script that makes a 16:9 2K image.

- Use nezhagate-docs to find the video job statuses and error codes, then add polling and failure handling to my code.

- List every Claude model on nezhagate with its price and recommend a cheap one that is good at coding.

## Test from a terminal

No client needed; call it directly:

```
curl https://nezhagate.com/mcp \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -H "Accept: application/json, text/event-stream" \
  -d '{"jsonrpc": "2.0", "id": 1, "method": "tools/call", "params": {"name": "search_docs", "arguments": {"query": "webhook"}}}'
```

Up to 120 requests a minute per IP; beyond that you get 429.
